What is an ultimate orgasm?

An ultimate orgasm is your personal best orgasm. It doesn’t leave anything at the table. It doesn’t want anything more. It lasts as long as it lasts. It takes as long as it takes. It’s as messy and loud or quiet and tidy as you like. It has no room for shame or apology. It leaves you feeling like you just landed on another planet and you definitely need to take some time before you can drive a motor vehicle or operate heavy machinery. An ultimate orgasm comes from questioning, exploring, experimenting, taking every chance, making every turn, and looking under every rock to figure out what feels best to you with no concern for how society or religion or anything else defines sex or sexuality or female orgasm. The ultimate orgasm belongs to you and only you and it is your responsibility to find it, to have it, and to keep it for as long as you want to live a fully actualized, fully orgasmic, fully sexually satisfying life.

Want to know the secret to having the ultimate orgasm? Knowing your body and being in the zone. That’s it. Lots of tips and tricks and ideas to follow later in the book. But first and foremost, we have to empower ourselves to pleasure. “Knowledge is power,” as the old Schoolhouse Rock adage goes. You can stumble upon an orgasm, sure. But, in general, amazing, consistent, ultimate orgasms come from knowing what works and being in the moment and advocating for your orgasm. No matter how much your partner adores you or is committed to your orgasm, ultimately you are the only one who can and should be responsible for your orgasm.

By the same token, when it comes to information, sometimes too much can be a bad thing. Let me assure you - you're not doing it wrong. There aren't just “Ten Perfect Positions” or “Eight Ways to Orgasm” or whatever the magazines tell you. What your body desires is right, is good, is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is a lousy partner. Period. Orgasm isn't easy. It isn't automatic. It isn't something some people are good at and some people are bad it. It's like everything else. You have to practice. You have to commit. You have to focus. And you have to put in the time. You'll get better at and it will come easier. And it'll be worth it.

And, with any luck, it’ll change the world too.
