Pioneering Sex Positive Retailer Gives Mommy a Time Out for Mother’s Day

San Francisco, CA -- (April 26th, 2012): Just in time for Mother’s Day, Good Vibrations is hosting a special Mommy’s Playdate, a fun, after-hours mixer for moms who want to learn how to keep it sexy post-kids. Whether she’s looking for tips on how to find time for intimacy or find a fun prop to go with her new copy of “50 Shades of Grey,” mama is sure to find what she’s looking for on Thursday, May 10th from 7-9 PM at Good Vibrations Lakeshore store in Oakland, CA.

The old belief that children sound the death knell to a spicy sex life is cheerfully dismissed by Staff sexologist and renowned author/expert, Dr. Carol Queen who says, “Yes you CAN have great sex with a baby monitor, and learn ways to create quality time with your partner after kids!” Mommy author Shar Rednour will share tips on talking to your kids about sex, and how to prioritize intimacy with the demands of parenting.

Attendees can mix with like-minded moms, get a one-on-one consultation and personalized store tour with Dr. Carol Queen and enjoy discounts, give-aways, and a raffle for a “sexy starter kit.” The party starts a few doors down from Good Vibrations Lakeshore Avenue store at the Easy Lounge where “mommi-tinis” are served with a smile from 5-7pm, before the presentation begins at Good Vibrations at 7pm.
